Our services includes the following services:

​

• Initial call to the carrier to ascertain their process.

• Do the process (Filling the application with necessary supporting/ send the letter of Interest)

• Sending the letter of Interest/ filled application with the supporting documents list that needs to be attached to the Provider to mail it to the Payer.

• Provider should keep e-Care informed as soon as they send the application/ letter of Interest to the Payer.

• We will do 2-3 follow-up calls to the Payer to check if the application/ letter of Interest is received, to know the status and to check if the credentialing is done & approved.

 

 

 

UMB will be paid in full once the application is completed and sent to the Provider’s office. UMB will not be held responsible for delays at the Provider’s office for late submission of the application or

any delays from the payer in credentialing the application.
